We offer free worldwide shipping on all items in our store!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
We have a ten (10) days return policy for items shipped within the EU, so please contact us prior to the return of an item. 
The Return Policy is applicable if an item is not as described and does not apply if the buyer changes their mind, or if the item is not to their liking.
The buyer pays the return shipping fees.
All returns must be via sent by postal or courier service as well as with a verifiable tracking number.
Moreover, the returned item must be in its original condition, properly packaged and also correctly addressed.
All refunds will be issued within 10 business days following receipt of the item.
Please Note – That a “no return for refund” policy for items shipped outside of the EU applies and the reason for this, is that, there are applicable high import taxes. In other words, we will deduct this cost from the purchase price.
If there is an issue with a purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your item and we can discuss of a possible solution.

All items ship from FRANCE and within 2 business days after receipt of your payment.
Our items are carefully packed, so that you receive your item in excellent condition.
In addition, you will receive a confirmation email once your package is on its way.

We ship via Priority Mail with a tracking number.
A designated carrier with a tracking number will ship large items.
USA & INTERNATIONAL
We ship via Priority Mail with a tracking number.
A designated carrier with a tracking number will ship large items.
Also, we may request ‘Signature on Delivery’ for a package in order to assure safe delivery.
Furthermore, there can be possible delays for reception of your package as this varies according to your location.
Buyers in CHINA
Please note that shipping to China is via COLISSIMO International or CHRONOPOST and the buyer pays the additional cost.
USA buyers
There may be additional delays in receiving your package, as these can be due to customs processing, security regulations or a higher than normal volume of mail.
If the Customs Agency retains a package in the country of destination, similarly, this may be a reason for additional delays.
NOTE: We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages or items.
DUTIES and TAXES
All non-EU buyers pay all customs duties, fees and taxes.

COMBINED SHIPPING
If you purchase multiple items, we ship these items together in the same package, without any additional charge.
Please NOTE that there are no Handling and Processing Fees in the shipping costs.
